Pumpkins Please...

So this past week we went and visited the pumpkin patch. This wasn't Ryan's first trip, but let's just say it was a lot more fun than last year. We visited the petting zoo first. Ryan was a little unsure of the animals, but then warmed up to them after a little bit. It was a great time with my great family. Enjoy the pics!

Ryan's First Round-up (aka birthday party)

This past Saturday was Ryan's first birthday party, can't believe our boy is already one! We did a western theme for him and I think everything went really well. Although I can't deny that it was a lot of work to throw that party, who'd of thought? Anyways, enjoy the pics, there's a lot!

Ryan's First Haircut

So yesterday was Ryan's first haircut. We drove down to a cute kids place in Rancho Cucamonga. He did really well too, he only cried a little when she was clipping around his ears. He looks so much older now! And that's that last he needs, since he already looks like a 3 year old...oh well. Afterwards we walked around Victoria Gardens and had some lunch. Good day indeed!

Sea World: Round 3

So this past weekend we made our third trip to Sea World this summer. And we had the whole family too, my sister, brother and mom. It was a great day, a little humid, but still nice. The babes had a great time too; looking at all the sites and dancing to the music of the shows. Good times, good times...

Around the House

So Ryan has been getting into so much stuff lately, sometimes I wonder what happened to my quiet, mellow little boy :) But it really is fun to see him explore and find new things to entertain himself.

He recently got his first "big boy" bath and loved it.

Gotta show his cute little bootie.

Also training for being a little boy by playing in the dirt...

And he found a way to take his sippie with him where ever he goes.

Not Me Monday

No matter what anyone tell you, NONE of this happened in the Hanke household...

No Ryan did NOT start crawling, yes finally! He is NOT all over the house now and does NOT seem so much happier to be able to get around. And no I did NOT post a video of him at the end of this blog...

And no Ryan is NOT eating some solids foods and he is NOT a picky eater either!

Some of the things he does NOT like are: toasted bread, bananas, cheese, grapes, and most all his baby food.
